GENERAL INFO

Custom Orders:

All custom order requests must be approved. Once the request is approved, an invoice will be sent to you via email.

 

Requests can be refused/denied at the discretion of the artist.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email that includes the details about your order. The next email you will receive is when your order has been fulfilled and ready for shipment/delivery.

​

Please allow 4-8 weeks of all orders to be completed and shipped.​

​

There is a nonrefundable 50% deposit that is required for all custom orders that will be deducted from your total.

SHIPPING

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy

All completed orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays. Other delivery options may be requested and will vary in cost.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout. If you notice that the address is wrong after checkout, please email us at touchofarttism@gmail.com

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s).

If you would like a contactless delivery you must click Store Pick Up at checkout

We currently do not ship internationally.

REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy
Because many of our pieces are made-to-order or customized, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to love your art. If there's an issue, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund as appropriate.

3. Returns on Non-Custom Items
If your item is not customized and you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued after inspection.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • How long will it take to complete my order?
    Once you have received an email stating that your order is in process, please allow 4-6 weeks to be completed. Please keep in mind that completion times can vary depending upon order.
